No, we do not expect customers to clean their rental items. In fact we would rather you didn't! If you experience further concerns, please contact Customer Services.

All items are cleaned after every rental. Every item on the EcoSki platform is cleaned to the recommended EU standards, meaning that every item that we dispatch has been fully sanitised and poses no health risks to wearers. In addition to dry cleaning to remove stains, every items is sanitised through an innovative system called Ozone. To learn more about how Ozone works, please click here
