Yes, EcoSki is still operating according to the Government recommended guidelines and we continue to dispatch orders regularly.

The safety of our customers and employees is of paramount importance to us. We are dispatching orders daily. If you would like to confirm your expected dispatch date, please contact our Customer Support team on our live chat.

Yes, we continue to accept returns for any unworn items. Please email our Customer Support team on ecoski@myventures.co.uk within 24 hours from receiving your order to arrange a return and confirm the correct return address.

Refunds (excluding a £5 restock fee per item) for any unworn items are processed and issued within 7 days of receiving your return.

If you have any pre-owned kit you would like us to list on or EcoSk'id site please email hello@ecoski.co.uk and we will be only too happy to help carry out any repairs and get your kit back in circulation and on the slopes where it belongs.
