Register and start renting
Before you can rent on EcoSki, we will first need to verify your identity - but don’t worry, it will only take a few minutes! Choose the item/s you want to rent, add your dates then checkout – it couldn’t be simpler!
Wear, enjoy, return and... repeat!
We aim to deliver your item/s the day your rental period commences. Enjoy wearing your rental from as little as 4 days to as long as 16 days. When you are home, we ask you to pop the item/s back in the delivery packaging, add the pre-paid returns label and drop it off at any DPD drop off location within 24 hours of the last day of rental – simple as that! We’ll take care of all the boring stuff (cleaning, repairing, reproofing etc...).

The Small Print: When items are returned late it will affect other customers orders. EcoSki therefore politely ask that you return the items as swiftly as they were sent out. Sadly we will may have to charge a late returns fee of £50 per day if the item isn’t dropped off at one of the approved DPD Drop off points within 24 hours of your last rental day. If you think you are unable to return your item on time please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible.
How should I return my rented item?
We ask that you return the item in the same packaging as it was delivered to ensure little or no waste occurs.
Is same day delivery available?
Any orders placed before 11:30am Monday - Friday will be delivered the next business day. We offer Saturday deliveries (at a premium) for orders placed between 12.01pm and 11.59am Thursday - Friday.
What if the rented items don't fit?
If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, you have 24 hours to get in touch with our customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item to us. We will be happy to refund the rental fee/purchase price of any unworn items as long as the security tags are still attached.
What if I accidentally stain or damage a rented item?
Please contact EcoSki Customer Services on 020 7341 9000. When the item is received back we'll carry out a condition report and assess the damage and consider a suitable solution, whether laundering, repair or additional charge, in part or full, from the renter as compensation to the owner for their loss.
